I listen to your programme here in PH and it's very informative. I've asked a friend to listen to it too.

I have young children and I doubt that they would love wheat bread as against white bread - what alternatives are there?

Secondly which spreads are best for them e.g. salted or unsalted butter, jam, margarine, peanut butter, chocolate spread etc.?

Am regular listener to your peak wholesome living programme, and want to let you that I love and enjoys it. Am 5 feet 4 inches tall and I weighs 65kg which I don't really like and I wish I could reduce in sieze to like 50kg, I've being taking series of execises but I feel its not prosucing any results. Please can you help me with what I can do to acheive what I wish to attain?
